Return and Refund Policy  


At Paris 2 Berlin Fragrances , we strive to ensure that our customers receive quality products. However, we understand that occasionally, issues may arise.

Damaged or Leaking Products


We accept  replacements for damaged /leaking perfume bottles that were received in that state/Not for courier damages.To facilitate a smooth return process, please provide clear evidence of the damage, including:
- Clear Video Footage of product issue.
- Photographs of the damaged bottle/ leakage.
- Description of the damage.
-The damage will be assesed and reviewed upon approval.

 Returns Due to Product Nature


Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that are simply not suitable or not liked due to the nature of the perfume purchases. All sales are final unless damaged / leaking.

Out-of-Stock Items


In the event that an item goes out of stock after ordering, we will notify you promptly. You will be offered the option to:

-Receive Credit to Select a suitable replacement product that is available.
