 TERMS OF SERVIVE AND DISCLAIMER  

 

1. Nature of Products: High End Designer , Dubai and Giftsets.

1.1. All perfumes ( Designer perfumes EDP & EDT ) , Dubai are sold as Parallel Imports and are offered at significantly discounted prices due to their minor packaging condition that may rarely occur . Giftsets are sold as Factory rejects .
1.2. No false promises or claims are made, and all purchases are made at your own risk.
1.3. High End Designer Fragrances are Parallel Imports . These fragrances are not Factory rejects.

 

2. Product Condition, Limitations, and Disclaimer

2.1. Designer Fragrances come sealed in their original packaging. 
2.2. Products may exhibit minor packaging defects  (e.g., loose/ill-fitting caps, minor scratches, slight packaging damage, older designs if product has been in long circulation. 
2.3. Products may exhibit occasional scent variation if product has been in long circulation . 
2.4. No comparison should be drawn between these fragrances and those purchased in retail stores, since these are Parallel Imports and may rarely not be of store quality. 
2.5. Giftsets are Factory Rejects and may exhibit reduced scent longevity or minor defects . 
2.6. High End Designer Fragrances are high-quality, long-lasting parallel imports .
2.7. These are imported fragrances, not manufactured locally, and are sold without the consent of the intellectual property right owner, thus carrying no usual guarantee or after-sales service. Premium Designer Fragrances may rarely have Minor defects or Exhibit colour Variation  / scent variations,  exhibit packaging/bottle defects (e.g., loose/ill-fitting caps, minor scratches, slight packaging damage, older designs.

 

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. We are not responsible for courier-related delays, lost parcels, or damages occurring after dispatch.
3.2. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and must contact the courier directly for any delivery issues. Please note Premium Designer Fragrances must be ordered seperately to Dubai perfumes and Giftsets as different time frames and Suppliers are used . If orders are mixed customer may be required to pay an extra Delivery charge of R135,00
3.3. Dubai perfumes and Giftsets typically take  2 - 5 Business Days to be delivered. Premium Designer Fragrances typically take 1-4 Business days .

 

4. Liability and Warranty Exclusion

4.1. We and our service providers accept no liability for any losses arising from the use of these products.
4.2. Perfumes are purchased at the customer's own risk, and no guarantees or warranties are provided.

 

5. Returns and Refund Policy

Clause No. Description
5.1. We only accept replacements for products that are damaged or leaking upon arrival (not due to courier damage).
5.2. Replacement requests require clear evidence: Video Footage, Photographs of the damage, and a Description.
5.3. Damage will be assessed and a replacement reviewed upon approval.
5.4. All sales are final; we do not accept returns or refunds for products that are simply not suitable or not liked.
5.5. If an item is Out-of-Stock after ordering, the customer will be offered credit to select an available replacement.

 

6. General Terms and Acceptance

6.1. All listed prices exclude delivery charges.
6.2. Stock is limited and subject to availability.
6.3. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all these terms and conditions.
